Located in the heart of the Cumberland Plateau, Sergeant Alvin C. York State Historic Park pays tribute to one of the most decorated soldiers of World War I. Past donations from the My TN State Park Fundraiser helped purchase Living History programming items to help tell Alvin C. York’s amazing story of valor. This year, your contributions could help fund children’s programs, new trails and enhancements to visitor experiences, all while sharing the remarkable story of Sgt. Alvin C. York.

About Sgt Alvin C York State Historic Park

Paying tribute to one of the most decorated soldiers in World War I, Sgt. Alvin C. York State Historic Park lets visitors step back in time. The park hosts guided tours where visitors can view his home and a replica of trenches used in World War I. The park also has a visitor center onsite modeled after Sgt. York's General Store filled with artifacts and interpretive displays from his life.
