For the entire month of April, Tennessee State Park supporters can donate to vote for their favorite Tennessee State Park. That means if Reelfoot Lake State Park is your favorite, you can donate to vote for us, and we’ll use your donations to improve our park! 

Your votes show that our park is loved, important, and supported, and because we retain the donated funds, we can make our park even better.

Reelfoot Lake State Park attracts visitors from all over to view their incredible eagle population. Our park is committed to providing world-class environments for the animals that call the park home out of necessity. Support for Reelfoot Lake State Park has previously funded food for these incredible species, and this year, donations can help fund enhanced safety by allowing the park to purchase privacy screens and fresh perches. Additional support during the My TN State Park Fundraiser will help our park enhance educational experiences, encouraging more schools, scout groups, and individuals to learn about the significance of Tennessee's bird populations.

    RLSP is very unique. The park as really changed in the last several years with improvements that make it visitor friendly. The staff and Rangers made our frequent visits enjoyable. The Eagles are majestic and enjoyed the journey after the tornado as they built back their nest.

    I’m in awe every time I go. What an interesting, historical, mysterious place. And seeing the eagles every winter is magical. I appreciate the park rangers & the rescue work they do with injured birds & other wild life. I miss the Airpark cabins.

    So enjoyed our visit to Reelfoot State Park! The swamp kayak tour was fun and informative. Guides Mandy and Shane did a wonderful job leading and sharing their knowledge of the cypress wetlands. We also cycled the area and were impressed by the courtesy of local motorists.

About Reelfoot Lake State Park

Reelfoot Lake State Park is in the northwest corner of Tennessee and is noted for its fishing, boating, and wildlife viewing. The park offers camping year-round. The visitor’s center provides insight into the origin of Reelfoot Lake and its complex ecosystem. Seasonal boat tours of the lake and guided tours to view wintering bald eagles and waterfowl are highlights of the park’s interpretive efforts.
