In previous years, support from the My TN State Park Fundraiser helped Edgar Evins State Park purchase fishing equipment and resources to promote and enhance youth programming at Center Hill Lake. Now, our park wants to expand educational resources with interpretive signage to share the history of Dunham Cemetery Trail and the Caney Fork River pre-impoundment.

    We love to visit and stay at Edgar Evins State Park! So much to do there...canoe the Caney Fork, swim in the big pool, picnic, cookouts and lodging is great too.

About Edgar Evins State Park

Wildlife is plentiful at Edgar Evins State Park. Located on the shores of Center Hill Lake in the steep, hilly Eastern Highland Rim, this 6,000-acre park has abundant outdoor activities for nature enthusiasts. With multiple species of owls, hawks, and wintering bald eagles, birding enthusiasts will flock to this park to catch a glimpse!
