Donate to vote for Burgess Falls State Park as your favorite Tennessee State Park in the My TN State Park Fundraiser

For the entire month of April, Tennessee State Park supporters can donate to vote for their favorite Tennessee State Park. That means if Burgess Falls State Park is your favorite, you can donate to vote for us, and we’ll use your donations to improve our park!

Your votes show that our park is loved, meaningful, and supported, and because we retain the donated funds, we can make our park even better.

Your Donations at Work

Burgess Falls State Park wants your votes!

Previously, contributions to the My TN State Park Fundraiser helped Burgess Falls State Park fund Junior Ranger Camps and supplies for a variety of educational events.

This year, our park aims to bolster rescue services and safety with updated resources to assist in case of emergencies. These will include boat engines and all-terrain vehicles for evacuating and transporting injured visitors from the base of Burgess Falls to Cane Hollow, as well as materials throughout the park to improve trail safety.

I love Burgess Falls and recently found much solace there after the unexpected passing of my beloved sister, Nancy. This gift is in her honor. While visiting the park on my way home from Nashville to Knoxville, I felt she gave me a big message there that she is okay. "333" is my lucky number. I see it often and Nancy knew it. I had woken up suddenly at 3:33am four days after she passed and felt she was "visiting" me. Then a few days later, I decided to stop at Burgess Falls and hike the creekside trail to the falls. I was astonished to see “3:33 am” written in black Sharpie on one of the railings overlooking the creek. I asked a young couple passing by to take my picture with it so I could really believe it happened. Thank you, Nancy, and thank you, Burgess Falls!

Excellent Park! We grew up just a few miles up the road. We did lots of dates at this park back in the early 1980's prior to our marriage. It holds great memories for us both. David and Henrietta Goodwin
