'My special needs daughter and I start each and every morning at this beautiful place looking for 'deer and duck friends' and our blue heron friend we've named 'Gunner'. We are so fortunate to have this treasure nearby.'

Now's your chance to show your love for Warriors' Path State Park. During the My TN State Parks Fundraiser in April, every donation is a vote for Warriors' Path State Park as your favorite Tennessee State Park, and an investment in its future.

With each vote, you're helping fund meaningful improvements such as constructing hiking trails and bridges, conserving habitats for wildlife, upgrading playgrounds, installing interpretive signage, and enhancing care for our raptor friends.

When you give, you help make these projects possible, creating a better and more enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our state parks.

This park has been part of my life for the past 45 years, and I am fortunate to live near enough to appreciate this gem. There will never be another park naturalist like Marty Silver. Thank you for all you do.

About Warriors' Path State Park

Warriors' Path State Park was named for the Great Cherokee War and Trading Path. Since that time, the park land has known a long history of travelers and is still a pathway for modern-day outdoor enthusiasts. The 950-acre park is located on the shores of the Patrick Henry Reservoir on the Holston River. The park is home to premier boating and fishing activity, with an incredible marina for rentals and snacks, hiking trails, an internationally renowned mountain bike trail system (designated a National Recreation Trail), an award-winning nature education program, and a nationally recognized golf course. The park also offers camping accommodations for RVs, tents, and even hammocks, making it easy to enjoy a stay at the park.
