    My husband and I are from northern Indiana and every year we visit TN state parks. Pickett not only has been our favorite state park over the last 7 years of exploring TN but its the place where he proposed to me and we brought our 1 year old to last fall! We also love to bring our friends with us whenever we can to experience the beauty in this park. Even patrons in town are the most incredible people. Pickett will always be the most special place to us! From the amazing night skys, camping, experience with staff & rangers, to the beautiful scenic hiking, it deserves all the recognition!
