Ocoee River State Park
Ocoee River State Park / My TN State Park Fundraiser 2026
Give back to the park that gave you your favorite memories.
Now's your chance to show your love for Ocoee River State Park. During the My TN State Parks Fundraiser in April, every donation is a vote for Ocoee River State Park as your favorite Tennessee State Park, and an investment in its future.
With each vote, you're helping fund meaningful improvements such as constructing hiking trails and bridges, conserving habitats for wildlife, upgrading playgrounds, installing interpretive signage, and enhancing care for our raptor friends.
When you give, you help make these projects possible, creating a better and more enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our state parks.
About Ocoee River State Park
Ocoee River State Park is home to the internationally recognized whitewater sites along the "Mighty Ocoee" River. The Ocoee River is truly a continued story of collaboration as it plays a role in many significant moments in both Tennessee history and beyond, from its establishment as one of the first primary hydroelectric power sources in Tennessee (and the country) to its international debut in the 1996 Summer Olympics for the canoeing and kayaking events. Outdoor adventurers of all ages return to the park to enjoy the riches of the Cherokee National Forest, known for its waterfall hikes, swimming holes, picnicking opportunities, and the ability to fish for largemouth bass, yellow perch, catfish, and trout.
